Link to base of module rather than version-specific URL in search result cards and module list page

At the moment, links in search results and links from module provider list page contain the latest version number. This may have been due to issues around obtaining data for the version on the module provider page, however, there are no such issues anymore. These links should not include the version in them. This will avoid sharing/pinning/distributing links that contain a specific version number.
