Implement method to view beta/unpublished versions of modules

These are hidden from the UI, unless the URL for them is directly accessed. There should be a way to view all beta/unpublished modules so that they can be cleaned up/accessed.

This could be a toggle to enable them in the UI or another method of viewing them
